Dak galbi, also romanized dalk galbi, is a popular South Korean dish generally made by stir-frying marinated diced chicken in agochujang (chili pepper paste) based sauce, and sliced cabbage, sweet potato, scallions, onions and tteok (rice cake) together on a hot plate. It is a local specialty food for the city of Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, where dak galbi originates. Because of its origin, the dish is also called Chuncheon dak galbi.Got it??Nuff said:)

After our dinner,we went yam cha at Ucha(Taipan).I have been craving for it since a week ago.Somehow,it had replaced Chatime.I personally thinks that it tasted better than Chatime especially the coconut and the taro milk tea flavour which Chatime don't have.So bored of Pearl milk tea,Classic hazelnut, etc. It's time to try new flavors.Feel free to drop by Ucha.No commissions given to me:)Just sharing tho.Thier operation time is starting at 11am till 11pm.So,if you have no where to go,gather your friends there for a drink.Nice environment tho.:)
